Option A · With an IT team

Extra capacity for your backlog

Your IT team knows what needs automating, but has more requests than hours. We take on specific processes, build them within your architecture and hand them over ready to run.

What your team gets

  • Version-controlled code in your repository or ours, with full transfer.
  • Documentation for every flow: what it does, where it reads from, where it writes to and what to do if it fails.
  • Accounts and credentials in your company's name, never ours.
  • A handover session with whoever will maintain it.

How we coordinate: someone on your team approves the design before we build and tests before it goes live. Nothing reaches production without their sign-off.

Option B · Without an IT team

We handle everything

You don't need to know about APIs or servers. We diagnose, build and maintain. Your team uses the result: the message that arrives, the report that gets sent, the data that shows up where it should.

What you get

  • The flow running in production, tested with your real data.
  • Training for the people who will use it.
  • One month of support to adjust whatever is needed.
  • Optional monthly maintenance after the first month.

No lock-in

The accounts, the data and the code belong to your company. If you decide to work with another provider tomorrow, you take everything with you.

Before quoting, we review your operation and give you, in writing, what to automate first, what it costs and how long it takes.

Clear pricing

Fixed-price implementation, in US dollars + tax (IGV). Third-party costs (like WhatsApp messages) are separate and passed through at cost.
