What people ask us before starting
How much does it cost to automate a process?
It depends on the process and how many systems need to be connected. Implementations start at US$400 + tax (IGV), and each process page shows its reference price. Monthly maintenance is optional. The initial diagnosis is free and leaves you a written plan, whether you work with us or not.
How long does implementation take?
A base flow takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the process; one with several integrations, 4 to 8. Each process page shows its timeline, and we confirm it in writing in the diagnosis.
Is this the same as a chatbot?
No. A chatbot only answers messages. Our system captures the lead, records it in your CRM, assigns it, follows up and shows you the numbers for the whole process. The conversational bot is just one piece — and we only include it when it adds value.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
Yes. We work on top of your current CRM, ERP, online store, spreadsheets or WhatsApp. We connect what you already have through APIs and webhooks — we don't force you to switch tools or pay for new licenses.
Do you work with companies that already have an IT team?
Yes. In that case we're extra capacity for their backlog: we build the flow within their architecture and hand it over to IT with the code, documentation and access needed to maintain it.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Every project includes one month of support after delivery. After that you can hire monthly maintenance or have your team run it: we hand over the code, documentation and training to do so.
Do you work outside Lima?
Yes. The entire process — diagnosis, implementation and training — is done remotely, so we work with companies across Peru and abroad.
