Process · 02 · Reports
The report shows up on its own. Before the meeting, not after.
We connect your data sources so sales, collections, orders or inventory reach decision-makers as a summary — every week or every morning — without anyone building a spreadsheet.

The problem
Sound familiar?
The same spreadsheet every Monday
Someone on the team spends hours copying data out of three systems to build a report they already built last week.
It arrives late
By the time the report is ready, the decision has already been made on gut feeling.
Everyone has their own number
Sales, finance and operations get different figures for the same question because each one filters its own way.
Nobody sees what matters
The report has forty rows, and the one alert you needed to see gets lost among them.
What we do
The flow, end to end
- 1
Connect
We read data where it already lives: your sales system, the ERP, spreadsheets, the CRM or the database.
- 2
Consolidate
We align definitions (what counts as a sale, what counts as an active customer) so everyone sees the same number.
- 3
Scheduled delivery
The report arrives by email, WhatsApp or Telegram on the day and time you choose, with the essentials at the top.
- 4
Alerts
If something is out of the ordinary — a customer who stopped buying, low stock, an overdue payment — you hear about it right away, without waiting for the report.
What you need
Before we start
- Read access to the data sources: a system user, a periodic export or database access.
- An example of the report that is built by hand today, even if it's imperfect.
- Clarity on who gets what: we define it together in the diagnosis.
How it's delivered
Depending on your company
With an IT team
We build the flow on your databases and access, with documented, version-controlled queries. Your team gets the code and can add metrics without depending on us.

We leave it running end to end and show you how to read it. Includes one month of support to adjust whatever is needed.

Our own report arrives every Monday
Every Monday, Velanto receives an automated report by email and Telegram with the week's leads and the ones that need action. Nobody builds it: it is generated and sent on its own.
Illustrative example · Distributor
Every morning, management receives the previous day's orders, the customers who haven't bought in over 30 days and the payments about to fall due.
Illustrative scenario, not a specific client.
Investment
What it costs
Implementations from US$400 + tax (IGV), depending on the number of sources and reports. Optional monthly maintenance.
Timeline · A report with one or two sources takes 1 to 2 weeks; one that consolidates several systems, 3 to 4.
FAQ
What people usually ask us
Do I need to change systems?
No. We read the data where it already is. If everything lives in Excel today, that works as a starting point too.
Is this the same as a dashboard?
Not quite. A dashboard waits for someone to open it; an automated report reaches the person who decides. If you also need a dashboard, we build it on the same data.
What happens if a source fails?
The flow tells you it couldn't read it instead of sending an incomplete report as if nothing were wrong.
