Process · 03 · Integration
Your systems talk to each other. Your team stops copying and pasting.
We connect the ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets and forms so each piece of data is entered once and reaches wherever it's needed on its own.

The problem
Sound familiar?
The same data, three times
An order is written down in an email, copied to a spreadsheet and then into the ERP. Every step is a chance for an error.
Costly mistakes
A mistyped number ends up as a wrong delivery or an invoice that has to be redone.
Systems that don't talk
You bought good tools, but each one lives in isolation and someone bridges them by hand.
Everything depends on one person
Only one person knows how to move information from one place to the other. If they're out, the process stops.
What we do
The flow, end to end
- 1
Map
We identify where each piece of data comes in, which systems it has to reach and who touches it along the way.
- 2
Connect
We link systems through their API or, when they don't have one, through the most stable route available: exports, email or the database.
- 3
Validate
Every record is checked before it moves on: formats, duplicates and required fields. Anything that fails is held back and flagged.
- 4
Monitor
If a connection fails, the flow detects it, retries and alerts you. Nothing gets lost silently.
What you need
Before we start
- Access to the systems being connected: users, API credentials or a contact at the software vendor.
- A list of the steps done by hand today, even if it's incomplete.
- Someone on your side who confirms the data arrives correctly.
How it's delivered
Depending on your company
With an IT team
We design the integration with your team, respecting its architecture and access policies. We hand over code, documentation for every connection and a technical walkthrough.

We connect it, monitor it and let you know if something changes at one of your vendors. Includes training and one month of support.

This is how our own systems are connected
At Velanto, the website form, Cal.com bookings, the database, email and Telegram run as a single flow: each contact is recorded once, with its source, and the alert arrives within minutes without anyone copying anything.
Illustrative example · Clinic
The calendar, WhatsApp and the patient database are connected: every appointment triggers its confirmation and reminder, and the patient's reply goes back to the calendar.
Illustrative scenario, not a specific client.
Investment
What it costs
Implementations from US$800 + tax (IGV), depending on the number of systems and whether they have an API. Optional monthly maintenance.
Timeline · An integration between two systems takes 2 to 4 weeks; one with an ERP and several systems, 6 to 8.
FAQ
What people usually ask us
What if my system has no API?
We find the most stable route: scheduled exports, reading email or database access. In the diagnosis we tell you whether the integration will be solid or fragile — before we charge you.
Does my data leave my company?
It only goes where it needs to go. If you have an IT team, the integration can run on your own infrastructure.
What if my vendor changes something?
Monitoring catches it. With maintenance, we adjust it; without it, your team has the documentation to do it.
How many times is the same data copied in your company?
